The Origin Spark: Stargazing & Physics

I became interested in the night sky as a child. In junior high, I attended a science camp led by Prof. Sun Wei-Hsin and took part in school science fairs. Those experiences led me toward physics.

In high school, I became president of the astronomy club and continued science fair projects. At NTHU, I took advanced physics courses, including the graduate-level Fluid Dynamics course in my first semester. I later served as president of the NTHU Astronomy Club, organizing public outreach and observing trips.

Classical Performance: Piano & Cello

I have played piano and cello since childhood and have performed in string orchestras and chamber ensembles. I especially enjoy the structure and timing involved in rehearsing classical pieces.

Athletics & Physical Training

I played on a school table tennis team and have practiced martial arts. I still enjoy both as ways to stay active.

Creative Engineering & Speculative Science

I build interactive web pages and mathematical tools to try out ideas in design and programming.

As a child, I also enjoyed the imagined technology in Doraemon. It helped spark my interest in making things.
